Chenyang Nie founded Artistry Edge in 2024, driven by her vision to help emerging artists refine their craft and gain recognition in the art world.
Originally from Zhejiang, China, Chenyang has been passionate about art since childhood. In 2018, she began her formal education at Parsons School of Design, specializing in Fashion Design. There, she not only honed her technical skills but also gained valuable industry insights. Over time, she transitioned from fashion to art, focusing on apparel exhibitions and feminist themes.
A pivotal moment in her career was her 2021 internship at Tank Shanghai, where she gained in-depth experience in curatorial work, project planning, and event operations. This experience laid the foundation for her future work in organizing exhibitions and curating art events. After earning her Master’s degree in Curatorial Practice from the University of Southern California, Chenyang expanded her curatorial portfolio by taking on key roles in galleries and art foundations. Her expertise spans event planning, content creation, research, and graphic design—all essential elements in the success of her projects.
As a dynamic figure in the art world, Chenyang continues to explore innovative ways to advance curatorial practice and uplift the artistic community.
